Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Yahyaoui Shop. We strive for 100% satisfaction, but to protect our business we ask that you please review the following refund and return terms carefully.

1. Eligibility

  • Timeframe: Returns must be initiated within 7 calendar days of delivery date.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.
  • Non-returnable items:
    • Clearance or “final sale” merchandise
    • Perishable goods (e.g., food, cosmetics once opened)
    • Gift cards

2. Return Process

  1. Request authorization by emailing returns@yahyaouishop.ma with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Receive RMA code (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 2 business days.
  3. Ship back the item within 3 calendar days of RMA issuance, at your expense, using a trackable carrier.

Note: We reserve the right to refuse returns sent without prior authorization or outside the 7-day window.

3. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you within 5 business days of approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Partial refunds may apply for items not in original condition or missing parts.
  • Restocking fee: A 10% restocking fee may apply, unless you opt for store credit (no fee).

4. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • If your desired replacement is out of stock, you may choose store credit or a refund.

5. Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you haven’t received your refund within 10 business days, please check with your bank or credit card company.
