Eligibility<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Timeframe:<\/strong> Returns must be initiated within <strong>7 calendar days<\/strong> of delivery date.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Condition:<\/strong> Items must be unused, in their original packaging, with all tags and seals intact.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Non-returnable items:<\/strong>\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clearance or \u201cfinal sale\u201d merchandise<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Perishable goods (e.g., food, cosmetics once opened)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gift cards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2. Return Process<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Request authorization<\/strong> by emailing <a>returns@yahyaouishop.ma<\/a> with your order number and reason for return.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Receive RMA code<\/strong> (Return Merchandise Authorization) within 2 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ship back<\/strong> the item within 3 calendar days of RMA issuance, at your expense, using a trackable carrier.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Note:<\/strong> We reserve the right to refuse returns sent without prior authorization or outside the 7-day window.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. Refunds<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Once we receive and inspect your return, we\u2019ll notify you within 5 business days of approval or rejection.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Approved refunds<\/strong> will be issued to your original payment method within 7\u201310 business days.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Partial refunds<\/strong> may apply for items not in original condition or missing parts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Restocking fee:<\/strong> A 10% restocking fee may apply, unless you opt for store credit (no fee).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">4. Exchanges<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Exchanges are subject to product availability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If your desired replacement is out of stock, you may choose store credit or a refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">5.
